1 ★Decent app, I've been using this app for a while now, but the obtrusive ads are getting ridiculous. Now the camera won't even give me live feed, it keeps stopping every 20 seconds or so, ridiculous, I understand the reasoning to add the ads, but there are many other options from other manufacturers that don't have ads. I will be removing my camera and trying something else pretty soon.
1 ★Thought this was a slick little app. Don't care for the ads when opening it. But now, since a recent update on December 5, 2022, an ad for Google Pay pops up and I can't get passed it. The ad looks fake too... like spam or malware. Wish I could add a photo to show everyone. 12/8/2022 Received email response from the developer that they will try to optimize their app. So I reinstalled the app... the 1st pop-up was the same Google Pay ad that you cannot move on from. Garbage! Unistalling again!
1 ★Required access to phone not sure why and that is a non-starter as there should be no reason this app needs to get it in my contact list or have access to dialing. That just sounds too shady. The app had access to storage and claimed it wouldn't run right without phone access but it won't even install or run. Tried v380 not the pro and it just crashes. So apparently I bought a paper weight since software doesn't work for this light and Wi-Fi camera total rip-off
1 ★The new update is awful. What is the point of having an alarm if I have to wait for an ad ( even after purchasing premium subscription) to view the camera? Even after the ad is done the camera is extremely slow to open and crashes often, yes I've already Uninstalled and reinstalled. Cloud service is also now out of whack and not in chronological order. Basically useless to me now.
3 ★It's good but the promotional ad for the penny cloud service for 7 days is getting out of hand.... I'm getting between 3 and 7 alerts a day.. at first I thought the alerts were something going on in my home because I have the alert set to notify me.. and upon checking it's that ad for the penny cloud service... I don't want penny cloud service. You need to add in and opt out option. I'm sick of the constant alerts for the service... And please make viewing saved SD data easier... please..
3 ★Mediocre camera app. I have used many many camera apps, and this one is just ok. First, the ads are terrible. You have to click them or see them before doing ANYTHING! Didn't we already buy a camera?! Also the zoom has just 2 modes, full view and too close. But even worse, it takes SO long to connect, and often fails. I will NEVER buy another V380 camera. Give me Yoosee any day!
1 ★NO! its not a "brand new interface" its literaly a bunch of extra usless sales pitch splash screens you are forced to click through to use the app. "we make useful camera for you" ? NO! you just nade it more ANOYING, and then it goes back to the exsct sane interface it was before,,,And who needs to be told this each time its oppened? NOBODY. yet its still doing some of the same dumb stuff it did before. like not being able to switch infrared off and on instead of it changing automatic.
1 ★This camera sucks. I have had it for 4 days and haven't been able to use it. It took hours to set it up because it wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. We have a wireless router and everything else was just fine. Then when trying to use it it just says connecting but the icon just spins. when it finally worked it was so delayed that when moved the camera up and down it took 10 seconds to move. Now while at work I can't use it because it says abnormal internet connection. What's the point then?
1 ★Absolutely USELESS I not only tried a full Wi-Fi connection but I also tried a full 4G connection and the app is saying that there is no internet connection. I'm very disappointed in this product and in the ease of use. I will be returning it immediately and purchasing something that actually works. Thank you for wasting my time. I needed this camera set up and going by tomorrow.
1 ★There is an excessive amount of overselling with ads that pop up every time the app is opened. Furthermore, inappropriate ads are unsuitable for children. Even after subscribing, there are still non-stop pop-ups encouraging further subscriptions. I am considering other options where I will not be disturbed by ads even after purchasing and subscribing to what I need. This app is greedy and unusable. My advice is not to use it; there are better options available.
2 ★Really likes this camera at first. Good pics moves easy, though kinda slow to connect too. Now Getting a message cloud service is about to expire & will renew. Really, since it already expired(worst possible time) and didn't renew 2 weeks ago. The night vision lights are constantly on. Even when I have it off light still on. So doesn't do any good for me. Most camera apps keep old videos temporarily, when cloud service over. This doesn't. Takes to long to load to live, misses too much
1 ★It was working just fine before and now all of a sudden they have decided to add an ad when you open the app. That's really inconvenient when you are worried there is someone in the house or u need to check a sound you might have heard and instead of getting to the camera view right away you have to sit thru an ad. Go back to the way it was previously.
