We would like to extend a warm welcome to you all. Our school website aims to provide a flavour of our school. It is our philosophy to nurture and develop all children into well informed, enthusiastic and articulate members of the school community. Within this belief flourishes the desire to enable all children to reach their full potential this has been recognised in our latest Ofsted Report (June 2011) where we are extremely pleased to have been assessed as an outstanding school. High standards are set for learning and behaviour. The school follows a values programme which focuses on key values. Class and school rules are discussed at the beginning of each academic year and reinforced throughout the year. A broad balanced curriculum is taught throughout the school. There is a strong focus on the children acquiring the necessary skills in Literacy and Numeracy. It is recognised that children learn well when they are happy, secure and engaged.
