Description
The Child Abuse Linked to a Belief in Witchcraft Awareness app is designed to train multi-agency professionals and communities to understand the issues and identify children who may be victims or potential victims.The app is aimed at creating greater levels of 'confidence in competence'. Critically, it is to build confidence so that they are better prepared to understand types of identifying factors for children at risk.
The app provides you with a Digital Certificate which is awarded upon successful completion of a 'Confidence Test'. The course is also accompanied by an About Us, Reference and Twitter section.
The course is presented in three formats and you can choose to watch, read or listen to the information.
The app was commissioned by the charity CFAB (Children and Families Across Borders) and it is designed and developed by INEQE Safe and Secure. It has been made possible thanks to funding by the Department for Education.
