1 ★Stay away from this. If you want to trade go find another app. Super laggy and has server problems at opening hours. Loading just to sell and buy takes up to 2 minutes. Speed is critical in trading. You could pass up opportunities and even late to escape a sinking ship. I tried to stop my loss at 5$ thanks to the lag of this app it's now 30$ 😁
3 ★Its a gud app actually.. Simple and very easy to use.. But seems like they dont have enough customer service online.. Top up RDN taking a lot of time.. It is said max would be 30 minutes.. But fact is more thatn that.. I lost moment.. Please fix it!
3 ★Unable to open an account. Everytime I got to the record section in registration (the one where you record yourdelf saying "Saya [nama] ingin berinvestasi..."), the inbuilt camera always blank and showing "error has occured. please try again". I'm keeping the 3-star rating until it's fixed. App looks good and feels very light though.
1 ★Not having the best experience so far. I completed my registration via apps and waited almost 2 weeks for nothing. They said my email & ID wasn't registered, and they told me to register again via website. Wasted so much time for nothing, no notice in apps whatsoever.
2 ★Update: Already able to do the canceling a deposit. But deposit still needs manual approval and it took up to hours. Timing is important in terms of investing. Make it as fast as possible, taking hours just to wait for an approval might makes you missing some opportunity. Still lack of some basic abilities: Delete a portofolio. Automated deposit, proof still need to be uploaded. Cancel a deposit. Also, this is not a robo-investing app, be careful with using the word 'smart', so misleading
2 ★I have tried to create an account more than 3 times and I have failed 3 times. When I clicked submitting it says the portal code doesn't work and I have no clue which one. My address or from my company address 😅 there was no clarification. Also I would like to say the sign up process take quite sometimes especially the part where you need to put your year of born 🥺🙏
1 ★Poor experience. Not real time data given. App always crash. Can't find some stock too. I'm trading more than 25 billion a day and it's not even a month I used it. Oh and also this app onoy fast response when you top up your RDN. But if you wanna withdraw even after T+2. It's alwas pending and money can't be withdrawn. Really only using clickbait on the campaign using korean drama star on startup to catch mire user without upgrading user experience and ease of access. Disappointing
4 ★The app is really good and very comprehensive which i am a fan of. But, unfortunately the app at times feel late of data. Its like the servers lagging or something. Kaya terkadang, saya beli stock, sejam kemudian tulisannya ilang smua, no data dan apalah segala macam. Jadi terkadang saya takut jadi saya kepikiran apa ga registered, sehingga saya bisa kepikiran beli lagi. Padahal nanti 1-2 jam lagi ternyata registered, cuman tadi rusak aja. I think that's the main issue sih ya. Hope it get fixed.
1 ★I can't change my bank account number on this app. The app suddenly freezing whenever I tap the change button. I can't do any transaction since the registered bank account no longer available. Please do something
5 ★great app but could be better. very suitable for those who want to start investment activities. the interface is very easy to understand, it's just lacking dark mode. but overall this is a good app

A Tbk. 3.11.23 buy 300 lot : Rp. 1,500,000 5.01.23 buy 200 lot : Rp. 4,500,000 PT. C Tbk. 4.12.23 buy 30 lot : Rp. 350,000 6.05.23 sell 3 lot : Rp. 50,000 Why not show all dividend lists?🤔 E.g : PT. X Tbk. dividend on 10.01.23 : Rp. 3,500. PT. G Tbk. dividend on 4.04.23 : Rp. 400. 23.04.23 : Rp. 200. PT. F Tbk. made NPWP on 4.12.22
