** OBDII **
TripTracker is able to connect directly to your car so that it can read the odometer and calculate the distance traveled. This allows TripTracker to write your mileage logbook 100% synchronized with your car. In addition, various parameters and the error memory can be read.
To use this feature, you don’t need to modify your car! You just require a Bluetooth adapter which is plugged in to the cars OBDII interface. Installation is very easy since in most modern cars the OBDII interface is directly beneath the steering wheel.

** Security **
TripTracker provides complete and correct data collection. The mileage logbook’s integrity is ensured by various hash and encryption algorithm. Each entry has its own checksum to guarantee that it isn't changed afterwards or outside of TripTracker. The generated PDF can be signed by one of our servers to ensure that it can't be modified.
** Privacy **
In contrary to most other systems all the collected data is your property. It is not stored somewhere abroad on a Server or a Cloud. The mileage logbook is on your phone in a local high performance SQL database.
TripTracker does not sell or analyze your mileage logbook!!
** Backend **
TripTracker has a powerful synchronization mechanism that allows you to collect and edit your mileage logbook across multiple devices. There is also a web interface which allows you to analyze your data on a PC or Mac.

5 ★This is great. I drive my truck for work, and this app makes it *SO* easy to track mileage and expenses. I'm in the habit, every night just before bed, I go through the clipboard and set all my trips. I did have one question for the developer and he was on top of it with a response and assisted in guiding me to the solution. Great support, even better app.
5 ★Very good logbook app. Has everything that I need. One of the most important features for me is that it's accepted by the authorities and the pdf can be signed so it makes sure that it cannot be changed afterwards. That's great! I had an issue with the purchase of the PRO version and Stefan helped right away and was very attentive. Keep on the good job Stefan!
4 ★Works as described with the exception of the OBD2 plugin - this just gives me a spinning circle. But could be the fact the the Bluetooth adaptor is 4yrs old and was cheap. to purchase on ebay. Interface is not beautiful and feels like it needs some polish but it is functionally focussed app and works well for the function. Other tracking apps seem to have a higher crash rate and less export options. overall good stable app (except OBD2)
4 ★Trying it out. Needs one more step in the setup process. Needs to ask for current vehicle mileage. I guessed that is what the mileage box was for and got it right. I like the fact that when my phone blue tooths to my vehicle, the software starts recording. I can go back into its records and capture trips I forgot to document. Two Bugs 1. Trying to purchase add free version. Purchased export first and now get an error when trying to pay for ad free. Software says I have not paid for ad free. 2. Typo on Category details screen. Instead of Choose the Radius it says Choose the Radios.
5 ★Fantastic app, take 5 min to set it up correctly and it is perfect. Once you have set it up, all you need to do is mark trip as "personal" "business" etc, add a note ( if you wish to do so) and all done! There are also many other functions that i can see but haven't explored yet, so far so good :)
5 ★I have to turn in mileage reports monthly at work. I used to just write it down on paper, but I was bad doing it every time. This app takes care of that absentmindedness. It also makes it easier to turn in my monthly report, since I can export that information instead of entering it all myself
5 ★I got this as a backup since my other, more expensive, tracker was skipping trips and sometimes, even whole days. But this one is so easy - easy to set up, easy to track, to add a note to...and then, just swipe and you're done!
1 ★Used for more than 2 years on Samsung Note 3 - worked perfectly. Recently updated to new phone Galaxy 9 Plus - after installation never recorded mileage and keep crashing almost on each click. purchased in-app OBD plug-in same luck, purchased monthly subscription for Pro version - again same crashes. Upsetting. Could be great app, but doesn't work on new android system. Therefore one star only....

5 ★I'll give it 5 stars because it works great for me with the automatic OBD start function. very helpful to print out trio data to different file formats and I also like the charts with bar graphs. One little problem. milage suddenly changed by its self and not sure why it happend. If app developer could please contact me.
