Description
La Secretaría Virtual de la Universidad de Sevilla, Sevius, permite al Personal Docente e Investigador, al Personal de Administración y Servicios y a los Estudiantes realizar diversasgestiones sin la necesidad de que se personen en las unidades administrativas universitarias.Para su uso es imprescindible estar incluido en el directorio LDAP de la Universidad de Sevilla y tener un usuario virtual, uvus, activo. El tipo de acceso es con conexión segura. Si no dispone de un usuario virtual lo puede obtener en las siguientes dependencias universitarias: el Servicio de Informática y Comunicaciones, las Aulas informáticas de los Centros y el SOS de estudiantes.
Actualmente los servicios que ofrece Sevius son:
- Para el PDI: Expediente Académico, Carnet Universitario, Acción Social, Nóminas, Horario de Clase, Horario de Tutorías, Convocatorios y Llamamientos dirigidos sus alumnos, Consulta de datos económicos de Proyectos de Investigación y Orgánicas.
- Para el PAS: Expediente Académico, Carnet Universitario, Acción Social, Nóminas.
- Para los Estudiantes: Última matrícula, Expediente Académico, Becas, Carnet universitario, Resumen de Expediente, Horario de Clase, Horario de Tutorías, Convocatoria y Llamamientos de exámenes.
