Wij zijn een school voor leerlingen met een lichamelijke- of meervoudige handicap(lg-mg). Onze leerlingen zijn kinderen en jongeren van vier tot maximaal twintig jaar die lichamelijk of meervoudig gehandicapt of langdurig ziek zijn.Onderwijs op maat!
De mytylschool wil een organisatie zijn waar leerlingen en medewerkers hun talent kunnen laten groeien. In onze visie staat het belang van de leerling voorop! We willen zoveel als mogelijk inspelen op de verwezenlijking van hun optimale ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. Daarbij hebben we vaak ook andere ‘partners’ nodig; diverse samenwerkingsvormen met bijvoorbeeld het UMCG, revalidatiecentrum Beatrixoord, de Stichting Noorderbrug, het praktijkonderwijs en het regulier (voortgezet) onderwijs hebben tot doel om verschillende onderwijs- arrangementen te kunnen realiseren voor leerlingen met allerlei vraagstellingen.
