Oyuncaklar Ülkesi'nde yaşayan bez bebek Nana'nın 100. yaş gününde insan olmayı dilemesiyle başlar. Ama Oyuncaklar Ülkesinde yaşayan Şoker de 100. yaş gününde insan olmayı dileyecekti. Ama bir dilek yalnızca 1 kez dilenmektedir. Bu yüzden Şoker Nana'nın düşmanı olur. Başperi Kulina Nana'ya dünyaya gitmesi için bir iksir hazırlar. Ama Şoker bu iksiri çalıp çoğaltır. Bu sayede Şoker'de dünyaya gidebilmektedir. Nana eski sahibi olan Makbuş'un yanında yaşamaya karar verir. Ancak insan olmasının bazı şartları vardır. Simge ile evlenince Simge çocukları yatılı okula gönderecek, Makbuş'u huzur evine gönderecek ve Nana'nında o evde kalmasına izin vermeyecektir. Fakat Hakan Nana'yı gördükten sonra ona aşık olur ama bunu Nana'ya bir türlü söyleyemez. Bu nedenle de Simge'den vazgeçer, düğünü elinden geldiğince ertelemeye çalışır. Simge ve kızı Özge, Nana'yı hiç sevmemektedir ve Şoker Nana'nın insan olmaması içn hep uğraşmaktadır. Ama Nana tamamen insan olmadığından sihir yaparak son anda kurtulmaktadır. Genellikle Kulina'dan yardım istemektedir. Kulina bir gün dünyaya geldiğinde Emre ile Yağmur'un okul müdürlerine aşık olur.
