כאשר משחררים חסימת מסרונים (מצב רגיל) תינתן אפשרות למשלוח כל המסרונים שלא נשלחו במצב חסימה.
נעילה - לא ניתן לסמן נוכחות, לא מתבצע מעקב איחורים ולא נשלחים מסרונים.
משמש להפעלה בימים של חופשה.
מצב נעילה הוא ברירת המחדל עם ההפעלה הראשונה ביום. כדי לעבור למצב רגיל יש לפתוח נעילה (לחיצה על המנעול) ולשחרר משלוח מסרונים (לחיצה על העיגול האדום).
