1 ★I tried to create an account with this application, but on saving data it gave me error. Now account is created, but I can't access it. My e-mail is saved, I get it confirmed via website, my password gets denied, I never get recovery e-mail. Moreover, link to "help desk" leads to nothing and I can't find any means of contact on website for my issue
1 ★I have a serious issue, I need to login to my Edenred but i lost the password, I tried to request a new one via the website, your app, several times from my phone and Computer equally. I never get a recovery email. This is a big problem for me. If i get my recovery email ill change the 1 star review but now its just a headache, I have lost my card and I am locked out of my account, So cannot order a new one or see how much money i have left on it
1 ★Poor excuse for an app compared to the old one since it just doesn't seem to work most of the time. I've seen it work here and there. But today I once again get infinite loading screen when opening the app, so it's absolutely useless (and even on WiFi, so no connection issue on my end). The app's main purpose is just 1 thing ... show me a number. All the rest is 'noise'. Interesting every now and then, but most of the time not relevant. This single number tends to be wanted in a hurry, in a shop or something. The old app gave me that number in seconds, now it often gives me nothing other than wasted time.
2 ★Most of the useful links take you to the web browser! I cannot find my card there while I've been using it for 4.5 years now! Cannot add my card since there is no such functionality. Checked with the customer service. They had to delete my account in order for me to create a new one and link it to the new card! I'm a developer myself and this is Incredible for a big company like yours..
4 ★Definitely better than TicketFinder. A good upgrade aesthetically speaking and it is now a user friendly app. An english version would be a nice to have. To log in the "Identifiant" is in reality the E-mail of the user and not the ID of the card of the user 😉.
1 ★Sorry but my account keep logging out. And when i tried to log in it keep saying my username and password are incorrect. Even though when i tried on website with the same username and password, it works perfectly. Such a shame!
2 ★Why am I constantly being logged out? This is not an app that can directly make payments. Logging out every time like a banking app does for security reasons seems unnecessary in this case. Most users just want to quickly open the app to check their balance. Having to input your password every time is annoying.
1 ★When you most need the app, the session has expired and you have to login again. As if I remember all my logins? Completely stupid for an app that contains nearly no sensitive data. If at least you could use your fingerprint!
1 ★You might want to change the font/color/ size when you check the balance.... So tiny and grey that you get confused between the 3/6/8.... Not practical at all, especially for people with a certain age or are unable to read small writings. Thx
2 ★Instead of staying logged in it keeps asking me to login after a few days.
1 ★I am not happy. Without warning the old app stops working. When i download the new app and register it says it already exists but when i click forgot password and enter my mailadres i do not receive any mails. Fix this asap please!!
1 ★Can't login really often with no errors showing. Doesn't show balance (for the balance I must check it on ubereats because that shows it (??)). Useless, for now.
