1 ★Should've not made the transferring money is locked behind the premium thingy. It's to complicated when you can have done in other apps in less than a minute
3 ★there is no detail information for each transaction (prepaid), you must be confirmed first and you will get the detail. For example, i want to know how much watts will given while paying electricity bill, there is no such detail for that
1 ★Really slow. It's always been. I've been using the app since around 2019 and it feels like there is no improvement with how slow the app is loading. Failed transaction without notification. Freaking unresponsive. I still use them just to pay Spotify subscription.

2 ★Face login issue is never been resolved, it's never reliable, yet it's shipped as default login. Logging out also misleading, always get "system is busy", yet you got logged out anyway.
