As another user mentioned, noticed unable to stop seeding now but when I contacted the developer team, they responded with in hours, after reviewing, they came back early this morning ET and confirmed the stop seeding button was missing on the latest version and the team was on it and to watch for an update soon in the Play Store. Can't ask for a better response from an app developer. Top notch!! Thank you uTorrent team!!
1 ★The free version works great, but the ads is annoying so I decided to pay for the the Pro version. PRO is not working.. Keep getting errors failed to add torrent..... I wish to get a refund please...
1 ★- open torrent file to download and get an error, works at 2nd time - no control over single torrent multi files, stop option dosent exist, you need to stop the app itself. - enforced scanning of mobile for files: audio & video - saves files at random order, imagine 50 video files at random order. - poor view: to stop seeding you need to enter each file to stop - no option to view video in different player - lack of response from app developer to email about the issues, no known update date.
5 ★Use this to get films music, and software. It does eat the battery and warm the phone, but I expect this because of the way torrents work. But it's nice when what I am downloading is for my phone or tablet. Never had any issues and the new look I get with android 14 is better.
3 ★The earlier pure black theme was best. Why ruin it with new grey theme . Really don't like it. However the new UI is good. But also why upgrade to ad free option is shown in pro app. It's already a paid app so it should not be there. The naming convention should be improved of the upgrade to add free option. Also please bring back pure black theme
1 ★App was working fine for years, even paid for the version. One day it auto updated, asked for a bunch of permissions. It just says failed to add link, no longer able to add torrents using my current work flow, super disappointing.
1 ★Impossible to stop seeding. You can't select the file as it will play the video for example instead of a selection or so to stop seeding. You are forced to keep seeding. Terrible decisión and it's incredible you paid for an app that is getting worse each update.my advice is to use other apps but not this one. I give up and installed torrdroid as there you can stop seeding if you like and works in background. You should listen to your customers who paid for the app. Bot worth anymore this app.
1 ★Since the redesign the app cannot the navigated with ease. The used to be a lot of setting which are gone now. There are two new tabs for downloading and completed torrents but there is no easy way to pause a torrent. In some cases you can't even pause the torrent.
3 ★Doesn't actually download sometimes after the latest update. It shows a download rate but file size downloaded remains at 0. I have to delete the download and restart the torrent. Very annoyingly inconvenient now.
1 ★The new version with the new UI has basically killed the remote feature. I don't understand how people can charge for an app and not fix the major issues that come up
1 ★HATE the update. UI is awkward and definitely a downgrade. Plus, it appears it doesn't download in the background anymore? I wish I could roll back this update. Time to look for an alternative...
