Description
Meteorfall is a deck-building roguelike. You'll choose your class from one of four unique adventurers, and then set out with a deck consisting of some basic attack cards. During the course of your adventure, you'll be presented with the opportunity to add powerful new cards to your deck.No adventure would be complete without slaying a few monsters that get in your way. In battle, you'll draw cards from your ability deck. Each time you draw a card, you'll be able to swipe right to play the card, or swipe left to skip a turn and regain some stamina.
Between battles, you'll venture through a variety of locations, represented by an encounter deck. You'll encounter blacksmiths that can upgrade your cards, temples that can help you optimize your deck, and mysterious characters that will make you all sorts of bargains.
The tactical strategy of combat micro-decisions mixed with the strategic element of deck-building provides a compelling and deep gameplay experience.
As with all roguelikes, death is permanent. You'll earn some gems that you can use to unlock new cards, but it's back to the drawing board after that. Start out with a new adventurer and set out on your quest once again.
The good news is that Meteorfall is different every time you play - you'll encounter different locations, different enemies, and different quests. Part of the challenge is adapting to the challenging situations the game puts you in, given the cards available.

5 ★This is a really fun and easy to use deck builder game. I have enjoyed playing this game more than other deck builder game apps as the controls are intuitive and the game itself is fun to play and not overwhelming. I want to applaud the game designers on a well developed game and I highly recommend this game!
5 ★Best mobile game I've played. The UI makes a *huge* difference. It's fast and intuitive, can be played with one hand even, yet doesn't get in the way of complexity in this delightful deck-builder. I find myself idly squeezing in a few turns every chance I get.
4 ★Good game, the simple vertical interface utilizing the swipe right/left mechanic achieves a lot with minimal interaction. There's a nice juggling of mechanics to keep it interesting Big issue is enemy balance particularly those that use spells. Spells have the charge mechanic that balances them for the player, carrying charges over from one fight to the next. This balance does not exist, for enemies that didn't have a previous fight, making spells overpowered for them
5 ★No microtransactions, all characters unlocked from the start, very different and distinguishable playstyles for the different characters (but you can still always play the way you want). This is my favorite mobile game since pixel dungeon. Wonderfully executed, and the developers clearly know a thing or two about how to make gamers happy. While I would like to be able to see my deck/discards and healthbar at all times, and hitting "continue" every turn feels unnecessary, it's still amazing!
4 ★Got this a couple of days before the discount and I have to say this is one of the most beautiful roguelike games I've played. The card driven gameplay is amazing, the art is wonderful and bizarre, semi dark cartoon-like. I'd rate it 5 easily if some characters didn't feel significantly weaker than others, however, this game is amazing overall!
5 ★Perfect Roguelite! Pay for the game and get the whole game. Choose one hero card(12 classes in total) and level it up through 3 acts until you reach the final boss. It's just cards on a plain board for graphics but still offers a lot of replay. More games like this, please!
4 ★Loving the game, but I had to reformat my phone, came back after reinstalling and realized I lost 1000+ gems. That's why I gave this 4 stars. Please find a way to save all a person's progression including the gems. If this happens again, I don't think I will be willing to try to regain all that money. It took a long time to gain all that.
1 ★The whole experience can be summed up as "it's good for a mobile game". Shame it's too shallow and simplistic to be anything more than that. The balancing at higher difficulty levels is done by a brain-dead chicken too. They get an extra star for not being wankers and introducing any micro. And proceed to lose one for lifting the art style from that one show... You know which one, oh yes you do.
5 ★It's A Good Game Overall With Cool Art Style
4 ★Really great controls for a mobile card game and the artstyle is amazing. The gameplay is very fun figuring out which strategies are best for each character and what cards to take. But it's also pretty shallow at higher difficulty it's very luck based getting the rights cards and you can instantly lose on the enemies first turn in some cases.
5 ★Really fun, really enjoy the "Adventure Time"-like art. Found a bug though... In today's challenge with Bruno in the gauntlet, the game essentially froze against the "Queen of Shadow" when she ran out of stamina and refused to pass a card to continue her turn.
5 ★Simply amazing! It quickly became one of my favorite games on Android, and I'll be playing it (and its sequel) for a long time. Beautiful and interesting art style, fun gameplay and varied characters and cards. Totally recommended.
