3 ★I like it but needs major work. I lose notes all the time and its getting very frustrating! It would be worth the money if i didnt live in fear of losing notes. Or even if they fixed the issue. I lose notes if it crashes on one, or if i try to manuver into another folder. 3 notes in two weeks gone. It has redeemable factors. You can select notations you make and it will take you to the time stamp. But DONT put spaces orvmake indentations. It will count it as the same time stamp its below. This needs to come with instructions because the learning curve of this app is UNforgivable.
3 ★This is my go-to app for recording grad school lectures and adding my own notes for studying. Unfortunately, it failed to open one day noting an "internal error". Weeks of notes lost right before my finals...... :/ Reinstalled it but am now nervous about trusting the app with irreplaceable info.
4 ★Great for playing lecture notes! I've never used the recording function. For fear of reported crashes. I convert a lot of my lecture recordings using the PC version software to edit and make notes. I would like to to see more updates to software and a import export for Android version.
2 ★Too many problems once you get used to it. Not very user friendly. Last I checked there's NO WAY to access the files when your iPad (or similar) is plugged into the computer, so I've HAD to transfer files that I want to back up to my computer via Dropbox or the iCloud (since it doesn't show up in the iTunes program as anything you can access or transfer to or from). Maybe worth $2 or 3 IMO but not 6.
2 ★Great idea. Recorded 4 hours of a conference, cracked my N7 and now I can't even access my notes.
2 ★There are no menu items that allow you to transfer or share files from your phone to your computer. If that were in place, this would be a five star app, but it will but hands down.
1 ★This does not work - sure you can type notes but does not record properly & you just get a static sound. Have raised this with the app provider but despite several attempts they have been unable to fix. Gutted & want my money back. Seems from other reviews others have similar issues. Such a shame as it works fabulous on IOS platform .... Tried it on another Android device & same issue so there's definitely a problem. Also other recording software including the built in one works so Audionote is the problem.
5 ★This app is great. It works on my Ipad my Windows Machine My Note 4 so well that I dont have to carry my Ipad. It doesn't talk to drop box from my phone but a file manager allows my to copy files to drop box so it isn't a big problem. Feature request would be to add drop box support to the Android version of the app.
1 ★This app would be perfect if it worked, but sadly it does not. I am deleting Audio Note because I can't afford to be let down again. I'll just use Gnotes.
5 ★The most sensible and practical note taker I've used. Would recommend it to any serious person wanting to get the facts right, just using typed notes as the recording follows the speaker and it's easy to play back that section, brilliant.
5 ★I have been using this app for several years while pursuing my undergraduate degree. It had been instrumental in helping me study for midterms/finals. . I recommend it highly for everyone. I do keep the volume high when recording and do my best not to make any noise since it will pick the sounds up. Still the best app for recording lectures that I've tried.
3 ★Great note taking as pp. Especially if this combine with the Swype keyboards... But I can't open some notes. why???? Audionote needs to improve on the following ...1) open notes in my pc or in iPad. .. is there a way to transfer notes to pc? ..there hasn't been any updates. apple version now has audionote 2. Can the developer please fix this and also find a way to repair files... Would give you five stars if you fix all these.
