3 ★I am unable to download any sound pack extensions within the app after paying for a full version. It's as though I have the free version. The get an error message that says "instrument download failed. Error 4" I need this to be resolved as soon as possible
2 ★First update in years crashes on launch constantly on my Pixel 2 XL. Also, please add Bluetooth MIDI support for Android P users. Android has had native low latency support in for its last two major versions.

1 ★I've paid for the free version completely, but it wasn't exchange to a premium versions, I'm very disappointed instead of being cheated and I need a refunds for every package I've paid on free iletric version instantly. If this is matter unsolved, I will take an action without tolerate to any frauds!
2 ★Used to be ok. Now doesn't work with Android 7.0. My iRig Keys Pro won't recognize this app when connected with my phone. Very disappointed, since the sounds are awesome and purchased all of the packs.
