3 ★Updrad is a good platform for learning but the only issue is the app and the website as it consume lot of ram and not a light weight web site. Its a very good platform for learning.
1 ★Not able to use the app properly. While videos are coming it is showing error "No internet connection". But data is on and I am able to use other applications. Data Speed in my area is above average only. That means your app is not working in such data speed.
2 ★Isn't scaled with the online classes and performances..not that user friendly..was working fine initially...goals, questions answers aren't getting uploaded, facing lots of issues 2 weeks into the program. Notification has stopped by itself although Notification is allowed from the android settings
3 ★Video playback error. Unable to play video even though on full strength wifi
1 ★Too much technical glitches in using the app. I've been enrolled in a course, but the app is hardly functional! There's always the message of 'something went wrong'!
4 ★Have enrolled for PG-MBA course ... initially was confused about the course..but had gone through GViews and found positive feedback there...Now after enrolling into course I can say that it's worth in today's fiercely competitive world to upskill yourself..and UpGrad does just that...also thanks a lot to Student Guide Miss. 5 ★I am able to open any course , it's showing network error . I changed to several network ms but it's still showing the same. Please answer to this query. Extremely Quick reply and a call with the Upgrad Team solved the issue. Hats off to the team . Great work .
1 ★Takes long to load. Most of times when I open mobile app, it shows error message saying something went wrong. links provided redirects to page which doesn't exists.
