Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★Some of the romaji doesn't match up with the pronunciation. 合コン is written as aikon in the app but is pronounced gokon. I just asked a Japanese person to confirm this. As it's free, can't complain too much.
4 ★Interesting app, and having spent a year in Japan I can say a good portion of these are "useful" language (obviously be careful with their usage). A few of the translations aren't 100% correct and/or are poorly romanized, but, if you're at a level where you're using this kind of language anyway, then finding the correct pronunciation should be simple enough. A major change/update that I feel this app needs (and would make me consider pushing this up to a 5-star instead of a 4-star) would be remembering your previous position on the scroll bars. For a quick lookup of a sibgle word, isn't a big deal. However, if you're scrolling through trying to read/learn, having to re-scroll to your previous position every time is enormously frustrating. I realize that the "recent" and "favorite" sections exist, but having to look up recent views to figure out where you were last feels bad. Overall good app though, especially for free! Thanks for this!
3 ★It would be much better if you group these idioms ect by English. Its slow and laborious to find useful stuff like this. Other than that, its good.
2 ★Is it just me or is everything blank?
1 ★It doesn't work
5 ★It's great. You get to know so many slangs and it's fun
1 ★Не працює.
5 ★Good for learning slang
5 ★Like
5 ★Great app
5 ★Well made
2 ★The content is great, but there is no English search function. From a learners viewpoint, you cannot "look up" desired slang or idioms by their translation in English, just read through all the data in the app using a あいうえお style search. I deleted it after about 5 minutes, as I have no intention to read every single word/phrase in the app to learn a few useful peices of slang.
