2 ★A great simulator but 10 min in and both times I've hard a large fish on the line, the game crashed and rebooted. This is super annoying and makes me want to stop playing immediately 😡
5 ★Awesome game. Great attention to detail and realistic. My kids always get excited when they hook a fish and get to see a real picture of it when they land it. So do I for that matter. They also learn about identifying flies without even knowing it. It would be great if locations could be unlocked thru playing but how can anyone complain about a free app with so much work put into it.
5 ★Never thought that a fly fishing game could possibly work. I was wrong and am so super happy, that I downloaded this game. It is super realistic and to be able to tie your flies is an added bonus !!! On top of that, I think that it actually improves knowledge and will probably help your fly-fishing in the "reel" world. Congratulations to the developer !!! Will certainly consider purchasing more options in the future. For now, very happy to just enjoy ! Get this app, if you love fly fishing!!!!
5 ★Always thought fly fishing would be complicated, too hard, etc. After playing this simulator I want to go buy equipment and have a fun new hobby. I really enjoyed all aspects of this game, especially beautiful calming scenery and sounds. Easy to learn, real fun making and trying your own flys. You mentioned purchases but I don't find any, unheard of with most all games. I wouldn't mind paying someway for this game, it would be worth it. Good job. Thanks.
4 ★Updated review: Realistic graphics and almost just like real fly fishing. The recent update to the game made it go from good to amazing. Being able to play and download more reviews now was a huge improvement to a already good game. The fish actually fight alot more than previous versions as well. One suggestion I would make is being able to rig up like euro nymphing, double nymph, hopper dropper, and so forth instead of just one fly at a time. But, im sure as more updates come the game will only become better. Oh one thing you need to fix though is when trying to match the hatch it doesnt always say what you netted so some insects. So if you could fix that flaw that's the only thing I can find wrong at the moment. Thanks
4 ★This game is very good and further improved if the reel sound settings with environmental sounds are not combined..sorry if I am wrong about this.
5 ★I don't know anything about fly fishing by experience, but I've fished, and this is the most realistic fishing game I've played. There are plenty of streams to fish, and you can tie your own flies: I like that. The developer responded right away to my email, and has done at least 3 updates in the last few days to improve the game. I enjoy it and I think it's well made. 👍
5 ★Excellent fly fishing simulator. If you are looking for an arcade style competition game, this is not for you. If you just want to go fishing, this is the next best thing to actually wading the stream. My only criticism would be to cut out or at least drastically reduce the volume of the bird sounds. They don't add to the enjoyment and keep you from hearing the tips and advice being given.
5 ★Great app to pass some time. Lots of areas to choose from, and being able to tie your own custom flies is a huge plus! I definitely recommend paying the fee for the complete package......lol, gives you so many spots to fish that it will take a long time to run out, and getting another spot every week is really nice. Lol, a couple of the spots aren't very far from me......next time the developer is out this way I'll have to take him to a couple of my favorite secret spots 😉

4 ★I love this game, tweaking some of the patterns to fit your needs. Love the fishing physics. The only thing that's getting me is I purchased the complete package and stopped getting flies as bonuses after catching fish, only have gotten fly tying credits after. Part of it for me is collecting all the tried and true patterns from the past
5 ★First off, I love how realistic this game is. It is easily the most realistic fishing game I have played. The graphics, in addition to the sounds, are wonderful. Secondly, I like how much users are able to customize their gear (rods, leaders, flies, etc.). I really enjoy the fly tying feature where users are able to tie their own flies. I think that is very cool. This is a fun game that is actually very informative, and it has taught me more about fly fishing.
