1 ★You need to fall in order to rise, this is a great app if you are too rich and don't know where to spend your money. This app boasts its high transaction rate and it also allows you to leech 20% of your friends transaction fee, so if you have any nemesis or frenemy, this app is the right choice for you. I could probably have a holiday for months of luxurious spending on the amount of money i lose in the transaction fee. Highly recommended

Pros: - Fast customer service/support - Good variety of FAQs that can help with majority of queries - Efficient service (especially withdrawals and deposits are done very quickly) - Easy-to-use platform Cons: - So far, I am not a heavy user so I cannot comment much Overall, I think this is a great app for beginners. It is quite easy to use and they have detailed guide to help as well. They have the function to watch prices/price alert but I think it will be great if possible to add auto sell/buy at a certain price? Great app!
2 ★STARS 1. Easy to Use (PERFECT for beginners) 2. Simple to understand and rates are obvious NO STARS 1. Interbank transfer deposits take really long to get credited into the account... The rates change drastically by than. 2. During good rates, You simply can't access the app... 3. Customer support is very delayed in responding to their emails.
1 ★Worst interface of all crypto apps so far. No limit orders, no staking, inability to transfer coins to other wallets, super high transaction fees. The worse thing with them is, their infrastructure is incapable of supporting user volumes. Everytime there is a big move, you can almost bet the server will be down. This means, you will not be able to take advantage of big dumps, nor can you get out of your position in a selloff. Please avoid this app at all cost.
3 ★Updated review after fixing an issue with a previous update (app says to download latest version, but Play Store indicated that app waa already up-to-date). Issue was promptly fixed, which is great. While the app has access to a wide variety of tokens, it doesn't have more fine-grain options like setting limit orders, and less popular tokens still don't have the option to send/receive from a different source. For the transaction fee being charged, I think these features should be standard.
1 ★Absolute useless app. App ALWAYS crashes during important monents, so good luck buying/selling at the optimal times. Built in wallet also doesn't even have a means to track profits and buy-ins. You have to manually track. Fees are high, limited selection of legitimate coins (they added doge cos they're professional) etc etc. Look at all your copy paste replies to everyone, do you guys even read reviews and try to fix the problems???
2 ★App always unresponsive during periods of high volatility. User interface is pretty poor, especially for a trading app. Price graphs are clunky and tracking prices by moving your finger along the graph is also difficult and not smooth. I still use coinbase to track prices because their interface is so much smoother and user friendly. The only reason I'm forced to use coinhako is because coinbase doesn't support Singapore withdrawals. Transaction fees are high (1%).
2 ★The idea is good but the Ux is bad. Very lag and unstable
3 ★I decided to re-rate due to the recent change of events. In fairness, the customer service still meets the expectation. Slow response but still acceptable. The app has improved in terms of stability and user experience. Due to the reasons, I've increased from 1 star to 3 stars. There are many areas still available for further improvements. Nonetheless, the team appears to be heading in the right direction.
1 ★During a price crash the app was unavailable. No horizontal scaling? After this transfers remain in pending state for a very long time, and while they're pending the app shows your balance as if your pending money has been lost. It's also annoying have to enter my thumb print every time I switch windows.
1 ★They are the real cheaters. They charge more than 1% fee that they display. They will charge additional 2-3% of the fees which they do not show up and suddenly, your funds are lesser than it should be whe you start buying, selling or swapping a crypto. Avoid this app at all cost. There are other better apps with relatively good fees structure. The app is also not responsive when there is any urgency to sell. I lost thousands recently because the app went off suddenly.
