3 ★This app has been working fine for months, all of a sudden it says wrong password when I go to log in. Get in on the browser no problem with the same password. Even reset my password to see if that was the issue. Still not working. Please fix, I pay $50 a month for TimAlerts, I rely on this app to notify me since I am not always on my laptop.

3 ★Why can't I watch my DVD without wifi? I don't understand. Fix this ASAP! I'm trying to educate myself on the go and your limiting my ability to do that. Thanks
