Selçuk BalcıSelçuk Balcı is a turkish folk music artist. He was born in Çayeli, Rize. He completed primary school in this city where he was born. After finishing primary school, he moved to Ankara with his family. Although he played baglama since her childhood he developed curiosity for kemence during her high school years. After he raised himself on this subject, he accompanied many Black Sea singer with playing kemençe.
In 2011, he released her first album Patika. After two years break, he released his second album Mila in 2013. Felamur was released on May 13, 2016.
