1 ★This is my third review on this app. I still have issues with it. The music still randomly stops playing. Songs still randomly get deleted. The app still shuts down on its own sometimes, and your response was to delete my downloads. So now I have to wait for my favorites to download again, and the problem still hasn't been fixed. All of these things are still happening
1 ★The service itself is great, but the app isn't quite ready for prime time. I use these music streaming services primarily in my vehicle so I need an app that starts when I turn on my car, and resume a song EXACTLY where I left off (like YouTube music and Sound Cloud do). It's a shame, I thought I finally found a viable alternative to YouTube Music, which has been somewhat broken since a December 2022 update. I will be back in the future if this feature is ever added.
1 ★Flawless service with a horrific watch app. I absolutely love Deezer. It's been completely awesome. The watch app on the other hand is a different story. It worked for a bit. Few weeks maybe. Then it never showed the now playing again. I have uninstalled and cleared caches and logged out and back in and restarting my devices. I made sure everything is up to date. Wifi and Bluetooth are on. Spotify app works flawlessly. Deezer works better on my car Display. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 5 Pro.
5 ★All I want is a service that plays music I like without ads. I left Pandora when they broke their algorithm and left Spotify because ofpopupsand concert ads even though I paid for Premium. I signed up to Deezer about a month ago. This is exactly what I want. Deezer made it incredibly easy to import all my playlists and albums - even the weird stuff like latin tuba duets and obscure stand up comedy. There are no ads or popups of any kind. The only issue is that the app pauses itself occasionally.
1 ★Paid subscription for years to eliminate adds and download any music. Had many songs, but whenever the phone updates, I had to log back in and jump through hoops to find the previous songs I've downloaded. It was always a headache. And now I'm unistalling this app for good because all of my music is completely gone and wants me to pay more to keep it, add free, and download the whole song. Terrible app, never using it again
2 ★Over the last year Your app has been going downhill. currently over the last 4 days I haven't even been able to gain access to listen to my music. I know that you will charge me $10 for my subscription on the 10th of next month. If the issue's such as, the app shutting off in midstream when the connection hasn't been broken. The fact that I haven't been able to even get the app to load properly in the last three to four days, I will be canceling my subscription. Do better
1 ★App is still SCAM! An email address of mine was stolen and used to start a free trial account. After discovering this, once the free trial ending emails hit, I went to delete the account. Deezer support is no help, even providing multiple instructions for deleting the account that Do Not Work...unless you subscribe into a pay account. The player sux, the selection is weak. This app needs to be taken down and reported This is the only way to get rid of an account w/o giving any financial info.
1 ★I have loved Deezer for years, but I am absolutely SICK of the songs skipping, restarting, refusing to play the entirety of the song, etc!! We will be switching our family to Pandora because this has been ongoing for 6 months or more. Absolutely no resolution to these bugs. My money is going to an app that actually plays the music!
1 ★Love the music options from Deezer. I've had it for over 5 years and up until this year it's worked great. I can't keep my membership active because ilevery month it declined my payment card. The same card works on every other app except Deezer. It makes me switch my payment method every single month and it's pretty ridiculous. If that issue were to be fixe, this is a 5 star music service.
4 ★I've been with this app for a while and for the most part i enjoy everything this app has to offer. Honestly my only complaint is regardless of what i do, this app keeps randomly shutting down. I don't touch anything, there is no accidentally clicking out, I've tried redownloading but nothing works. It simply shuts off. If there is a way to stop that from happening please let me know. I'd hate to have to find a different app.
4 ★Suggested tracks does not work. I am in a playlist, I click add tracks, I see lots of songs for me to add, I click it but what happens is the song will play for like 2 seconds and then it will stop playing. I am trying this on Android Auto. I don't know what the issue is but, kind of a bummer.
3 ★It's an okay alternative to Spotify, but it keeps crashing when I try to do something else on my phone and doesn't remember what I was listening to after. Annoying to have to constantly restart the app, look up the playlist I was listening to, then restart that too.
