Oğuz Aksaç,Türk halk müziği sanatçısı. Bir çocuk babası olan sanatçı aslen Erzincan Tercanlı'dır.
Henüz lise yıllarında tanıştığı arkadaşı Mustafa Özarslan'la birlikte 1994 yılında müzik çalışmalarına başladı ve Grup Çığ'ı kurdu. Grup Çığ ile 4 albüm çıkartan sanatçı 2004 yılının eylül ayında 4. albümü "MEVSİM"'i çıkardıktan sonra gruptan ayrılmıştır. Gruptan ayrılır ayrılmaz solo albüm çalışmalarına başlayan Oğuz Aksaç 2005 yılının mart ayında "OĞUZNAME" isimli ilk solo albümünü piyasaya çıkarmıştır. Sanatçı ikinci solo albümü olan "DALGALAR" albümünü de 2007 yılının mart ayında çıkmıştır. Sanatçı bu albümünde daha önceki albümlerinde yapmadığı bir şeyi yapıp, kendi yazdığı bestelediği eserleride okumuştur. Üçüncü solo albümü olan "GİZ"'i 2009 yılında çıkarttı.
Dört Grup Çığ albümünde bulunmuş ayrıca Grup Kızılırmak solisti İlkay Akkaya ile birlikte SALKIM SÖĞÜT 4 albümünü 2002 yılında çıkarmıştır. Bunun dışında da birçok ortak albümde yer alan sanatçı müzik çalışmalarına devam ediyor.
