4 ★Good app. No serious issues. I've been using it for awhile and although occasionally there are small glitches, or things I would change, I am content with this app. They were very prompt and efficient in refunding and responding to my email. I had to stop working due to the covid-19.
5 ★This app is easy to use, allows me to respond to sub jobs in a timely manner, review jobs I had accepted and or coming up, allows me to get notified in different way (phone, text, email), and the staff is quick to respond when I have questions. I have used this app for 4 years and will continue to use it for sub jobs.

4 ★Very easy to use app, price is right too. My issue is that jobs go so quickly in my district that I rarely can read the job description before accepting! Not the app's fault but it's a bit frustrating at times! There was a quick response from developers for an issue I had.
2 ★OUHSD: only if you want work and don't care what kind of class it is. Jobs are taken instantly, if you don't book it that second you get the notification it's gone. I don't want certain classes such as French or programming, but every time I go to look up that teacher the job is gone. Not the devs fault, but just so you know if you work in this district. I ended up getting more jobs on aesop. I don't like the black background with chalkboard white text font. It's hard to read.
5 ★I got all the assignments that I wanted in my field because the notifications were immediately sent to me to review as soon as they were available. I never had to"sign in" with Aesop which for me meant memorizing the codes of four different school districts. Subalert was so easy to just click on whatever job I wanted to book.
2 ★The app used to work well, but lately it has been glitchy. I get calls from the company seconds before the app even sends a message. Worst of all yesterday the cancelled my subscription due to "payment not going through", yet there was plenty of $$ in my account...why!?! Terribly disappointed!

5 ★Works really great with Frontline/Aesop and has helped me land jobs quickly. Loved that it adds the sub job to my Google calendar and opens up my Google maps when clicking the job in the morning so there's less of a panic finding where I'm going. The developers are always super responsive and helpful whenever I had an issue.
3 ★I used to get my alerts regularly, but the past 5-6 weeks I do not get most of the alerts. It's not very convenient to have to keep checking and I miss jobs. I've tried clearing out all of the app data, but that didn't work. The alerts are very sporadic.
5 ★This app is very easy to use. It is way easier to accept sub jobs than constantly checking the frontline website. It also has a nice way to view your scheduled jobs that shows them in order by date and makes is easy to see the notes. Customer service was also very nice and responded to my email in less than 24 hours.
5 ★This app has worked great for me, and has been an integral part of me being able to consistently find work (which is always a challenge at the beginning of a new school year). I used the free trial, and now I am a monthly subscriber. Thank you very much! Update: I had to unsubscribe due to the schools being shut down for the rest of the year, but I will be back in September. I'm looking forward to getting back to work then!
