1 ★The app is not able to even select a photo for KYC. UPI ID when searched resolves to some Manjunath. Not the app has even undergone proper security testing. Functional testing I am sure has not been done, else a simple bug related to uploading a photo could have been caught.

My kyc got rejected for unclear video and I am trying to re submit the details once again but it is not taking. More importantly there is no support from the support team at all. If there is minus ratings I would have rated minus 100...

1 ★The worst customer service. My money got deducted and no response from the team. I'm not alone in this, a lot of people have deposited crazy amount of money and have lost them. Filing a cyber crime report or something is necessary I believe. If they don't have any support system then why are they even running this business or is it a scam?
