Zgodnie z art. 43 ust. 3 ustawy o służbie cywilnej w toku postępowania kwalifikacyjnego przeprowadza się sprawdzian, w trakcie którego w odrębnych częściach sprawdza się wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne do wypełniania zadań służby cywilnej.Część testu sprawdzającego wiedzę zgodnie z § 11 rozporządzenia Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 grudnia 2009 r. jest z opcjami wyboru i składa się z 90 pytań. Za każdą prawidłową odpowiedź przyznawany jest 1 punkt. Za brak odpowiedzi lub odpowiedź nieprawidłową 0 punktów. Część testu sprawdzającego wiedzę trwa 90 minut.
W dodatku znajduję się lista pytań wykorzystanych w sprawdzianiu wiedzy w ramach postępowania kwalifikacyjnego służby cywilnej w latach ubiegłych (2008-2017).
