Description
Math 1 minute addition and substraction is dedicated for practicing the basic facts of addition and substation which are needed to be known by evey school student.The core idea is that most of the children today don't really know these important facts "by heart", and therefore can't use them automatically.
This app is designed in a way that every round is set for a 1 minute time, when you are invited to repeat it as many times as you wish, in order to umprove your math performance.
The app will be one of the things thar can help tour children develop nathemaical thinking skills and improve their maths responses.
The creator of this app is a M.ed. in education and math, a mathematics teacher for the last 25 years for 3-6th graders.
This app is programed in three practice levels:
Level 1: Practice the basic facts of addition and substraction up to 20 with conversion and plucking.
Level 2: Practice the above facts, when the first number is a 2 digits number, and the second is one digit.
Level 3: Practice addition and substraction up to 100.
There are 5 available activities in each level :
- Find the sum of two numbers.
- Find the difference between the numbers.
- Find the addends of a number (which is a little more challenging)
- Find the missing number in addition or substraction equations.
- Find the largest sum of between different expressions (challenging)
