1 ★Players beware!!!! This game is a giant scam!!! Even if you put in money, you still will not get anything that you want, only low class heroes. The only way is to get to VIP 14, which will take THOUSANDS of dollars, and then you can buy the good heroes. And even then, you will have to put in a couple hundred more dollars just to upgrade them. You will not be able to upgrade or level them up without spending more money!!! With each update, they bring more bugs and more ways to scam players.
3 ★The worst thing that i hate about this game is the Raid function. You can't Raid 10x if your not at VIP4. Very very selfish. Every game only clear the stage with 3 stars and then you can choose skip 1 or skip 10x. So bad.
1 ★Lot of game crashes and new updates made difficult for f2p players. I guess f2p players will soon quit in this game. This is too much p2w game. Also, the stars needed for promotion is having a hard time for us. Previously, we can promote everyone anytime. For f2p, ss rank heroes and its souls stones are very difficult to collect. Hope it will bring back the previous play.
1 ★Players warning. The game is full of errors. Every time you want to start it freezes 5 or 6 times and you have to restart. In most battles the charge is frozen. You need to invest a lot of money to be a good player. It is full of errors in the images of the heroes. They ask you to contact to fix the errors and they do nothing. In my opinion it is a lousy game.
1 ★ONLY PLAY IF YOU HAVE $2000-$3000 CAD TO SPEND!!! They removed ALL f2p events. ALL OF THEM. Even p2w events dont guarantee you the heroes you want. With each update comes a new bug and a new p2w event. They don't listen to players at all. Help center crashes as soon as you open it (another way for them to not deal with problems). Never have I ever dealt with a game that so blatantly SCAMS.
1 ★Got around 1200 login days! This game has been ruined! Developers actively working against anything that could benefit F2P players. Reappearing events currency does not carry over, heroes are gated behind score only obtainable when paying a lot of money. Excessive microtransactions, levelling heros from Orange 2 to 3 costs 120k diamonds which is around £1500! And I know some people who paid 10-20k and they are not even the top. Once they made good heroes obtainable to F2P, then followed by releasing bunch of heroes that outclassed them by a mile. Do not believe any promises they will get the game better in future, for over 3 years they only been deploying stuff that requires more and more money. Game was better but it's complete rubbish now. Even if you plan to pay to play, STAY AWAY, there are really better games than this one.
1 ★I had a vip 12 account in this game and lost everything all because I got a new phone and don't have or use a Facebook account. My Google account should be enough to save my account. Feels like a scam. All the money and effort I put in for this game down the drain. No way I'm starting over.
2 ★Nice concept, pretty fun but when it comes to pvp, especially cross server guild wars and war of heroes it become very unbalanced. New server player can't survive. And the games become very unpleasant. Pls fix this. Also the coop is fun but it's hard to find player to join. Maybe you can switch the coop to cross server while guild wars to same server

The devs actually get back to you if you go through the help center. You can get far playing F2P and it made me want to spend just a little. Thanks again for the great game!!! 10/10 EDIT: 1.5 years in... Still great!
1 ★After not playing for awhile the games does an update. Which means you have to relog back in. This is not bad however if you don't remember what server you were on you won't be able to find it which one and you lose your data. I've restarted 3 times already. Im done with this game.
1 ★Horrible, and I'm reviewing this as someone who has the game on ios and android. The game crashes consistently. Even if you report the bugs they still haven't been fix. Also the prices are too high.
1 ★Honestly I really hate this game. Way to expensive for ANYTHING. Very greedy. Any mobile game that thinks their battle pass is worth more than 10 bucks is garbage and greedy. DO NOT download. Was a 3 star rating but due to EXCESSIVE greed worse than most mobile games I wish I could 0 star it. This game deserves to fail. Shove your fake reply up yours.
