- Entrance Floor: where the ambulance stops; a patient registers in the reception room; the emergency room is equipped with varieties of medical apparatus and instruments for diagnosis; anyone can buy a bunch of flowers in the flower shop for his or her visit to a patient.
- General Departments & General Nursing Floor: where Gastroenterology Department, Ophthalmology Department, Dental Department and general consulting rooms are located, which are equipped with more specialized diagnosis tools.
- Laundry: where cleaners are busy doing the laundry; let’s applaud for them.

1 ★I hate how we can only do in the lobby, like imagine the kids imaginations, theg will think that people are DYING but nobody will do anything. I will remind you that KIDS are playing this game and kids dont have money, kids cannot deal with these things, the people playing ALL your games are KIDS not adults with full cash. You should think about that too, this is inappropriate for kids to play with if they just have too pay. The reason why we download this game is because we want to have fun.
4 ★These games are technically the best I love them so much but I do not love the ones that you only can get one please don't like those ones but I like the ones that you can get all of the places free and all of the people too I love those ones but you cannot get the people free only four or three people but I like her in my tongue store apartment or anything with kids babies yeah I love that and I don't read it at the school and I know cuz if you like pick up somebody from where you they can but

1 ★There are reasons why u should not download it 1.u have to pay for the other building 2.u can't call it miga if all the places are locked 3.u only have the lobby to play with 4.i wish u have to just watch a ad to open some of the building and 5.u can't even make a roleplay with it,so I will give it a 1 star like u do think kids have money what u think money grows on tree's 😠😡🤬
