• Reworked for moderns versions of Android and devices.• Due to Android security changes, the 'My Games' folder has been moved to the app sandbox. If you want to use an existing folder on your sd card (including the Spectaculator folder created by previous versions), change the location in app settings.
• Fixed layout of the on-screen keyboard on some devices.
• Fixed entering pokes on Samsung soft keyboards that have the comma key missing.
• Fixed Dropbox cloud saves.

5 ★Incredibly good ZX Spectrum emulator worth buying. Also some great ZX Spectrum tapes available to buy for the emulator on this app. You can link a cassette folder to play other ZX Spectrum tapes. Good touchscreen controller. Overall it's exceptionally good. 👍
1 ★Spectacol is 10x better and its free. You can't do anything with the free version, apart from attempt to play 5 of the worst games ever included. This was uninstalled within 10 minutes

4 ★Very good. I only wish it had the full zx spectrum keyboard visible. With the green, white and red text above and under the keys. So it would be easier to program in BASIC on it. As for now, I has to look at a photo of the real keyboard for that.
5 ★This is an excellent emulator with fully configurable controls, spot-on graphics/sound emulation (the best on Android IMHO), save game slots, and ability to add your own games and boxart. 19-11-2024. I've just noticed Spectaculator was updated in May to work on newer phones that don't support old 32-bit apps. In 2022 I was very disappointed when my new shiny phone wouldn't run Spectaculator. Thanks to Jonathan Needle for updating it and welcome back Spectaculator! 😊
1 ★Can't access the folder to copy my own games to it, after upgrading as it's always greyed out. Can't get round that as I can't open the file directly in the app. Appalling.
