1 ★Mar 12, 2021: Update 1.40 killed the game - literally! Game refused to load on 3 other main android tablets. Previous version worked flawlessly - was a 5 star rated game. This issue has been ongoing for over a month and YET to bear any announcement from Devs regarding the fix!!! Very unsatisfactory! BTW, update 1.40 rollout was NOT optional for players - it was forced onto the users.
1 ★Updated the game and now only a black screen. Game won't open. Customer service has been on a sharp decline the last 2 months. Unfair rewards from an event, then changing event rewards to hurt free to play players so we don't get gems and now update blacks out the game. 1 star until they fix this
2 ★02-23-2021 - I don't know if the update that I had to do for this app this morning at 0500 was supposed to fix the issue of not being able to open the app, but it didn't do anything to solve the problem. 02-18-2021 - This is one of the few apps that I constantly go back to because it's a good game, and I enjoy playing it. But after the update, the app won't even open.
1 ★Some reason everyone just atack others for no reason at all and you only get a shield that has a time limit once the limit is up you get attacked again and again and again nobody can defend themselves but get revenge why not keep a shield until you attack someone
3 ★I have played the game for 5 years. The game is unique. I will give it that. Strong alliance RPG based platform. A wirlwind of things i would say need improvement. However, as with any game; it cost money. Servers cost money. Developers ect...Shelf life of your purchase is very low. That is why i give 3*. For $150 U.S.D the shelf life needs to be more then 1 month. However, the game itself is fun. The community is welcoming. Dont get lost in lower leagues. True game potential is at the top.
5 ★They did compensate me very well. I understand now that technology for most every app will no longer support old phones or tablets. You need to upgrade to 4gb of ram or more. 32bit op systems not supported. Please reset the game to your older version. You have the power to do so. Nothing you recommend is working. Iphone, galaxy tab s, note 4, note 3, emulator on ky laptop,and just tried on a note 5. All black screen. Your customer community wants answers. So what are you doing to fix this?

I e-mailed the support center and haven't even received a reply. This is ridiculous!! What kind of company would just leave so many of it's customers locked out of the game for so long? Their tech support and customer relations are pathetic...
1 ★Game will not load on my tablet my phone will let me play for maybe 5 minutes before forced glitched closed error loading screen since new update 1.4 please revert back to original update before this I spent money for this event and I was enjoying the game since the very start I've been with you guys since lunch I'll review again if you can fix this ridiculous error

1 ★Update March 10, 2021: Unable to access game via my PC and other device since version 1.40. Please Fix. Previous rating is 5 stars, now downgraded to a 1 star until bug is fixed. Enjoyable, immersive, and just the right amount of suspense when the last troops are battling it out.
3 ★I upgraded my game in the middle of the event now the game won't even load for me to play losing valuable time in the game event the forest guardian event currently going on this game used to be the best now it's just getting too expensive to play and it's got so many flaws
