1) アプリを起動する
2) 登録する氏名を入力する
3) マイページでQRコードを開く
4) ［認証コードをスキャン］をタップし、QRコードを読み取る（"カメラへのアクセスを求めています"をOKにしてください）
5) ［管理者に利用申請］をタップする
・マイページをお持ちでない方
1) アプリを起動する
2) 登録する氏名を入力する
3) 所属する部署または店舗の管理者からQRコードを共有してもらう
4) ［認証コードをスキャン］をタップし、QRコードを読み取る（"カメラへのアクセスを求めています"をOKにしてください）
5) ［管理者に利用申請］をタップし、承認されるのを待ちます
6) 承認後、［利用開始］ボタンが表示されるので、タップして利用を開始します。[利用開始]ボタンが表示されない場合は、アプリを再起動してください。
