AcroEPS est une application créée par M.Avisse et Y.Tomaszower et développée par F.Bruchon pour l'Association EPSoft.Sur une idée originale de J.Caillot et Y.Tomaszower, retrouvez dans cette ressource un vaste répertoire de pyramides en Acrosport dont le montage et démontage sont présentés sous forme de capsules vidéos avec les critères de réalisation attendus et les prises de main conseillées. Un listing de ces prises de main, un exemple d'imposé ou encore des exercices d'échauffement et des parades complètent cette application.
Trois niveaux sont différenciés:
- Code découverte (à destination d'une première séquence d'enseignement)
- Code intermédiaire
- Code expert (adressé au niveau Terminal et basé sur le code UNSS en vigueur)
