1 ★I loved this game so much and have been playing it nearly every day for over a year. It suddenly stopped working and I have put enough time and money into this game that this upsets me a lot.

5 ★I love sailormoon and this game, you rarely run out if hearts, and all levels are fun tp play, only biggest thing is about this data thing, cuz its impossible to find thoose passwords after konger period of time or if you change devices, this realy needs to be improved
4 ★I love the game but I think they have to find another way to save our data's because if you lose your password and ID your list all Drew game and characters that happened to me I have all the sailors and part of the special characters in the events I have to start again please give us a different way to say for data it's hard to get the characters to lose it everything then we lose or change device
1 ★Phone shuf off in the middle of loading it. Data corrupted and forced me to start a new game. Lost hours upon hours of game time from when this game released years ago and progress that included several event characters and completion of all arcs up to the dead moon arc. And for what? Not even a single way to get any of it back. At least support some method of regaining or correcting corrupted data especially if you're requiring an internet connection to even play the game anyway.
3 ★I really like to play this game in my spare time especially the events. But it seems like nowadays, some of the levels have become a huge chore or they've just become too hard to surpass even with items that cost gems. I will waste so much effort/hearts because I was either unlucky or the game has LITERALLY changed my move. There will be times where I will try to swipe left or right but it will end up going up or in the opposite direction instead. Both issues have really made me enjoy the game less and less over time. It's rewarding to beat a level you've lost a few times to.. but having to retry the same level over 20+ times over the span of 3 days while wasting items is something that's really frustrating to me and has really made me question why I still continue to play.

1 ★This game is a big disappointment. They don't care enough to help provide backup when your data gets deleted by the game or by the device not on your own accord. They have no plans to back up data for users to be able to continue to play
5 ★Love this so much! You get to experience all seasons of Sailor Moon, collect characters and earn wallpapers which is more than you get from any other game. Doesn't cost a million dollars like other mobile games either.
