1 ★I have found that this app stops steaming many times every hour that I use it. I contacted Music Choice and they referred me to Xfinity, my provider. Xfinity referred me back to MC. So there is an incompatibility somewhere that neither is willing to acknowledge or attempt to find a solution. Like others, I have to push the play button several times or restart the app.
1 ★will not allow me to create a new username. I go to the Spectrum button and click on it. I then hit "create new username". A circle Twirls and twirls and Twirls. I then see a blank white screen. absolutely impressive! my first experience with the music choice app was a Flawless one. I'll remember for the rest of my life. Fix your damn app! Force stopped the app and rebooted phone with the same results. Cox worked, Spectrum's was blank. Then you email me to call and get login info from Spectrum!
1 ★Ths app is a dog, no offense to the canine community. it stops randomly perhaps because I've left their screen while listening to music and doing some reading. It does not seem to be a buffer issue, the app plays a song and goes to sleep mode. Samsung 10 here...unlimited data unless I use your app. 1 and done.
2 ★Please add a sleep timer to the app. Also, the app is very buggie. Worst is when you leave it playing in the background, and you dont touch it, the "where did the music go? press ok to continue" pops up. Well, pressing ok doesnt remive the warning box. music comes back, but the box stays. had to uninstall.
1 ★Utter garbage. The app version from 2015-2016 was soooo much better. Since 2017 EVERY update removes your favorite stations and artists. There is no longer a sustained list of previously played songs. It USED to display at least 4 or 5 previous tracks that were played before you started the app. Now it shows one. It USED to have songs from artists previously played. Now it'll play a song and if you search for the artist you JUST heard it will not have any songs listsed. Such trash now.
3 ★I've been using this app for years (at least 4 or 5, I would guess). I rate it 5 stars for the music, but 1 star for the glitchiness and very frequent disconnections and reauthorizations that come along with using it. Please improve the user experience.
1 ★Its been rendered worthless. Used to be able to login through my cable tv provider. Now it wont allow access past the login sign in page. NEXT button to advance does nothing. Listened and enjoyed this app for years, kinda clumsy but it was functional. Now its worthless in its current state. Fix it guys!!!
1 ★This app is ridiculous. Installed it on my phone to listen to when I go to the gym. Constantly buffering, or says its downloading & then I get the message No Internet Connection. I finally got so frustrated, after trying to listen to it in my house, I uninstalled it.
1 ★ZERO stars. This app will not play Morgan Wallen. No one should use an app that controls what you can and cannot listen to. Morgan Wallen is a very talented artist and his music should not be sensored. I encourage everyone to listen to Morgan's music on the You Tube app or any app that supports his music. The Dangerous double album and all his music is incredible.
1 ★No longer works. Asks for PIN, enter number doesn't work. Requested login information sent to my email, never received after two days. I'm guessing they are going out of business if this is the case, as all the other reviews have noted.
1 ★I love listening to music choice on my tv but for some reason every time I install this app on my phone it doesn't work. I've tried doing what the app people have told me to do but it never works. So I'm done. This will be the last time that I uninstall this app. Thank You!
3 ★I really like this app because I can listen to Soundscapes when I go to bed. But the past several times I've tried to use it, the music stops after about 15-20 minutes. It didn't use to do this. Please fix it if you can. Using LG V60 ThinQ.
