4 ★Dont connect to facebook. Lose everything
1 ★Recently, this app appears to be very problematic as the game appears to crash in duration of a actual game. In other cases, during a game, if there is a conversation going on between the 2 players, my advice to you would be to avoid taking part because once you do, then you wouldn't be able to regain visual of your game and in both cases I just identified, you LOOSE the game. BIG PROBLEM!!!!!! In addition, knocking your opponent from his #1 point while he's still home. 99% chance he throws a 1.
3 ★There are no annoying ads in this app, which is a huge upside. On the downside, though, the gameplay is a bit clunky (no option to move pieces with a single tap) and what's most annoying is that when your opponent leaves mid-game, you are often not rewarded double or triple prize (gammon or backgammon). I've brought the wrong algorithm to their attention twice, yet it hasn't been addressed.
5 ★I have changed my mind about this game. The dice are not random, but what I've discovered over time is the better you play and avoid mistakes the more you will win. Seems when I make silly mistakes the game makes me pay for it, but also am rewarded when I play smart and make less mistakes. So instead of complaining I concentrated on playing better and having better success.
3 ★I have learnt to not take this app seriously as the dice rolls are not a true reflection to 'real' throws. I have knocked this app in the past but I still play it, there is a pattern that sometimes you can pick up on. The challenge for me is to get the better of the dice throw software! However, the game layout is simple, easy to use and fun as long as you realise the dice rolls will be your downfall no matter how far ahead you are. For it's faults still enjoyable.
1 ★Same problems again as support team is literally and figurativrly "just" standing by and doing nothing about the bugs, now after 3 months and more.... Frequent game loss due to disconnection. Cannot chat as half the screen disappears... Wrote emails and online bug reports, yet Orodragon does not solve my request to resolve these 2 months and more of issues. If you do not buy then the game is rigged against you for sure!!! And the support team is non existing no matter how many times I have tried
3 ★I had a very long review before but i wanna edit it. Ive been playing this game for 2 years now and played thousands of game. The game won't let you win. It just wont! I have 55% win rate which is pretty high in this game but you can't see anyone who played at least thousands of game with a win percentage more than that. Even the best in the world! So there's an algorithm which doesn't let anyone to win more than what he/she is determined to win!
1 ★Never go first. Only get doubles when trapped and cant get in. If they have 2 spots covered it takes three or four rolls to get in. If I have five spots covered they get in first roll. I played this game lots for over a month. It sucks unless you like to be a loser! There are much better Backgammon apps. Dont waist energy on this one.
1 ★Been only playing for a short time but find it odd that every person I've played seems to get multiple double of 5 and 6 where I get very few, if any. Don't give me the BS that it's random, I don't believe it. So if you like to loose then download this game. I for one tried it, and now am deleting it. Oh and if you don 't believe me about the dice, read the other reviews, seems I'm not the only one with this complaint. I'm going to try the other backgammon games, hopefully they are fairer.
1 ★Very bad App. Dice is just support expert people. The new update is not fair at all because the entry fee is so high which is not applicable with beginners. Some players are auto play. I hate this unfair game Its not recommended. No dear. Dice is not fair at allllll. It just support high level players. I really hate the unfair games like that
1 ★I love the game of backgammon but this app is horrible, anytime you have a single piece your opponent will roll the exact number needed to bump your piece out. I finally won a game after losing 20 games in a row.
1 ★Horible!!! Don't like the board. Don't like the opposite way of moving the checkers, & like some people said, you have to tap twice every time you want to move a checker. Uninstalling this stupid thing :(
