Description
L’inici del procés es resol amb el lloguer d’un aula “prefabricada” la qual ens ha permès aconseguir les primeres autoritzacions d’infantil.Per completar el projecte hem previst el creixement consecutiu de cada etapa, aprofitant l’espai generat en cada moviment per donar cabuda temporal al desdoblament de la següent etapa.
La primera fase abordarà la construcció d’un edifici de nova planta (680m2)dedicat en exclusiva a l’educació infantil, així com la construcció del gimnàs preceptiu per als centres de primària i secundària (200m2), doncs per autoritzar les primeres aules de primària serà requisit imprescindible. Tanmateix incidirem en la renovació de l'aparcament.
La segona fase contempla la construcció d’un nou edifici, annex al d’infantil, on a més de traslladar cuina i menjador “replicarem” l’espai per la primària, completant la dotació espacial per 12 unitats ordinàries, dues de suport a la integració i d’altres específiques (1.200m2).
En la tercera, i última, fase reconvertirem les actuals instal·lacions de cuina i menjador en els nous espai de secundària, amb les corresponents aules de suport i d’específiques (400m2), així com l’adequació d’espais vinculats a la pràctica esportiva, banys i dutxes, i un nou laboratori (200m2).
El resum “grosso modo” del projecte és de 2.200m2 de nova planta, 650m2 reformats i 1.200m2 d’urbanització.
