1 ★Can't even update Amazon account. Always get unexpected error please contact Polk support. This app is pointless. Sound bar even disconnects constantly from wifi. I have strong wifi. That's not the issue. Has so many bugs. Please fix.
5 ★Excellent application if you follow the instructions step by step this application will be up and running in 10 minutes the built-in Alexa application is good but doesn't know as much as my Amazon echo dot really hope that Amazon and Polk keep sending out updates to resolve this but the Polk Alexa sound bar is turning my lights on and off and turning my tv on and off and finally voice control of my Dennon hifi
1 ★Totally sucks. It doesn't register the WiFi password. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing. I changed the Wifi password to see that would work, nothing again. It's a damn shame because it looks like it works well.

1 ★The soundbar works great when it's connected. Mine gets disconnected from wifi frequently. It will not try to reconnect on it's own and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in multiple times a week. Frustrating. App is very limited.

1 ★Took about 5 tries for it to finally connect. I thought when I finally got it to connect I'd be able to use the app to control volume at the touch of my fingers.... nope, it's just a Polk icon... that's it. Don't waste your time on this app
2 ★This app constantly loses the command bar. It worked to set it up, Spotify (not in multiroom music groups - Alexa) works. Alexa integration is also just okay. Fire TV Stick sounds okay, however that's the sound bar. The app itself is a real piece of sh**.
