Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GoI) has launched theSWAYAM PRABHA project to run 32 educational DTH TV channels on 24x7 basis. CIET, NCERT
disseminates curriculum based educational TV programmes for Secondary, Senior Secondary and
Teachers on channel no. 31, ‘Kishore Manch’. The e-pathshala Kishore Manch app is a discussion-
driven analytic tool which will enable students to ask their queries related to the programme telecast of
the channel and promote discussion between peers as well as students and teachers. Teachers can
ask MCQs and collaborate with the teachers across nation.
