1 ★Very bad app takes very much time to load I can't login for more than 3 days It is just loading..Evn on my 5g phone with areas best network.

3 ★It is soo difficult to login . And every time you open this app, you have to log in all over again. When you click on already registered, they will ask you your phone number and after you enter it, the try again option comes on the screen. Otherwise it is quite good after loging in. It has all facilities you need .

2 ★This is a good app👍👍 But it takes a lot of time to load I think if they fix this problem it will be a good app. Its server is down many time. If they fix problem I will give it 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. 1 ★I am not able to update it, but always it comes as can't install cisoftitcare app . I deleted it and tried to install it again but still the same problem.

2 ★It is a good app with many sections. However, it loses out due to multiple glitches. While we get notifications, when one clicks on it, we simply land on the home page of the app. There is no option to chat with teachers even though there is a chat box.

3 ★Authorities concerned must work upon to rectify the problems of chat section. It takes too much time to load and send the messages. In fact, more than a sentence cannot be sent. I always reach at peak of anger when open the chat box.

If we use another app and then we open this app it is not responding. If we have took one class on a mobile Then again it doesn't work. We have to take class on another mobile.
