1 ★I have enjoyed the game with first point and all of a sudden in the last few days the games won't load past 41% so I can no longer play the game which is very disheartening as I put a lot of time and effort into this game and I would like to know what the solution is to resolve my issue

1 ★This game is a setup. You can win alot when your not collecting mushrooms but when you can collect mushrooms your lucky to pass one level. Then you have to wait 8 hours to be able to collect them again is crazy. All they want is your money. I purchased over 500 gems and was only able to pass two levels. All they want is your money. Not worth it
4 ★I just started this game. I'm not sure about the prize portion of the game as of yet, because $750 has to be reached just to activate it, however the game is fun so I'm enjoying myself trying to reach the intended goal.
4 ★I like this game, but it is not something that you'll win in a couple of days. It takes time. A long time to earn the required money. You also need a bit of a strategy to play. If you want to earn fast, play twice a day.

4 ★Started playing this game a couple of years ago if I remember rightly. At first I really wanted to win a prize, but then you get to know it will take alot of time/money to actually win one. However I just play it for fun and maybe in the future I might be able to win a prize.That's for the medium prizes, the watch might be easier to reach. Overall pretty good game to pass some time and have some fun. Let's face it, you'd be playing some other game anyway, this one you have a chance at a prize!
5 ★I really love this game its challenging for me at least I take my time and work out a strategy but it doesn't always work haha. I play two to three times a day. It's also relaxing I can zone out and enter my prize fiesta world. I like to play it in the dark and actually get better results playing this way. Hubby think I am mad. I must be as I married him. Getting back to the game you need to work out a strategy that works for you. We are all doing ffetent in our gameplay. The more prize fiesta friends you have the better the app works for you.
5 ★Favorite game!!!! My wife introduced me to prize fiesta. I had over 20 other games download to my phone. Now this is the only game I play. Great way to pass time if you have to wait on your wife/husband like I do 🙄 great way to keep your mind active and sharp. Work towards a goal (awesome btw) download today, send friend request, make new friends!!! It's not a get rich quick game, but in my opinion, it's waayyy better than other games. Customer support is prompt and on top of their game!! 😁😁!

3 ★very nice game. wish it wouldn't take so long to get $700 in piggy bank. And I'd like to know how many prize points you have to have to open the cavern. I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of.
5 ★Final Edit: CS isn't uber fast, but at least they reply. Game is back to normal for me. Was fixed before having me run a test to help figure out what happened. I lost some mushrooms. The gameplay itself is challenging, I like it. Original: Loading screen keeps cycling. Can't play. Was working great since day one. Now I'm losing accumulated gems because something is wrong with the game. *Edit: Tried a reinstall, still the same. Waiting for CS to reply to direct email.
