1 ★Still 1 star for no help from support for my lost contacts. Why show video of different level like fallout when there Isn't any level or any bunker. fill out customer problem twice already w pics . Since update I lost my contacts, and names are in different languages and spellings. Friends move around or change alliance. Can't remember them all or spell them all out correctly. Asked 2 get my contacts back no help from them Nice game to waist time alot to learn.
5 ★Mission Complete. I get base level 25 and maybe I will quit. I spent the time with this game when I got disease and need stay on bed for long time before. This game need long time to upgrade everything so it is good game for you that have so many boring time. Try this game and enjoy. I rise the 🌟 from 3 to 5 because now I realize that at least I must appreciate the game developer who always work hard to make this game better. 5 ★Wow,wow and wow I love this game. But too much cash spending, very tactical. I recommend this for any one who wants to experience strategy.Don't spend your money, just play it with patience and I tell you it's a long term strategy. Nice game!! What an awesome game.
4 ★The game will not allow me to place water on the second mission, so I closed it and reloaded the game, I then built the water and went on to build a house and then the game would not let me build a house, so I thought okay second time i'll just reload the game again, once it was loaded again still wouldn't let me build the house so I'm uninstalling:( the game looked quite good as well
1 ★it was a great game at first now its a joke. they have made more than 1 billion in revenue yet, to grow you need to spend thousands. im 3+ years playing spent over 20k (still nowhere near the strongest). customer service is even worse you speak to automated services who dont help what so ever. But what made me quit is i spent alot of crystals in reconstruction (after speaking with customer service) and they didnt tell me the rules so i wasted 5k crystal works out to around £1000 for NOTHING!!.
1 ★My opinion: Money cow! You can't progress upgrade properly unless you buy a hell of a lot of diamonds so you'd be able to upgrade the buildings you need to as you never get either enough ressources or need upgrade at least 3-4 ohter buildings before you can upgrade the one you need. The same with research - way to much to research, always in lack of ressources and this also takes forever. A complete waist of time. Menus; there are way to much and a pain in the A to navigate 😢 Hughe minus here.
5 ★Fun game, build a city, attack zombies, meet people from all over the world, join alliances. Conquer the state. And after that, start a state war. What more can you ask for. The only thing I would improve on is a better sound track for the game. I love this game. The translator is a great.
5 ★Best game 😅😊 I have been playing this game for more than 2 years and i have B25 base and couple of farms.. I just want to suggest the team to reduce package amount..People like me find quite difficult to buy a package.. sometimes we very much liked to buy it too but some people can not afford much... Thank you so much a wonderful gaming experience 😊😀
1 ★Complaint service is so useless, the executives are unable to see the issue which I raised in the game regarding the eden privilege rewards. Even after raising the same complaint again and again they are reluctant to their words and doesn't want to see the complete issue. I attached the proper screenshots but of no use to the executives as i think they all are blind. So disappointed with the team who is checking the issue.
3 ★Good game so far, my only problem is i cannot use my hero hall. It keeps say loading resources 0.00%. I tried logging out and logging in, uninstalling but i got the same message; "current network is abnormal please try again later".
4 ★Much less complicated than the other Walking Dead games, therefore much more enjoyable, but I now see it's all based on how much money you are willing to spend , too bad I was just starting to really enjoy it, no money no funny
3 ★Lots to do lots to work out. Alot of events with good gifts. But like always with these games spending will help you win. It may have 10mil downloads but more than half of them will be farm accounts hundreds of people have 20 or 30 accounts because the rrs requirements are insane Not sure why game makers do that it just drives people out of the game.
