Aplikasi mobile ini di bina dengan menggunakan Model ADDIE sebagai rujukan rekabentuk pembinaannya. Manakala teori pembelajaran yang dipilih dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini ialah teori Connectivisme. Beberapa teori pembelajaran baru diperkenal dan dibahaskan lantaran dan kesan pengaruh teknologi dalam talian. Siemens (2005) memperkenalkan teori connectivism. Connectivism pula menekankan pembelajaran yang berkonsepkan hubungan dan interaksi pengguna dalam talian rangkaian sosial menggunakan teknologi web 2.0 seperti blog dan wiki. Bagi beliau pembelajaran adalah tindakan untuk membentuk kumpulan dan hubungan dalam rangkaian untuk membina dan menjana ilmu pengetahuan dalam Era Digital.Objektif aplikasi ini adalah:
i. Membangunkan aplikasi pembelajaran bagi topik kebarangkalian menggunakan teori pembelajaran connectivisme.
ii. Meningkatkan keyakinan pelajar untuk menjawab soalan yang berkaitan dengan kebarangkalian.
Objektif pembelajaran kebarangkalian menggunakan aplikasi ini ialah:
i. Pelajar dapat mendefinisi kebarangkalian.
ii. Pelajar dapat mengira kebarangkalian menggunakan teorem pendaraban dan penambahan.
