نسيم كربلاء هو أسبوع ثقافي تقيمه العتبة الحسينية المقدسة في العاصمة الباكستانية إسلام أباد، حيث عد الأول من نوعه في هذه البلاد، وهذا الأسبوع الثقافي الفكري الذي يسعى الى أيصال رسالة الإمام الحسين عليه السلام يقام بالتعاون مع جامعة الكوثر وبمشاركة العتبة العباسية المقدسة، وباقي العتبات المقدسة.ويحتوي هذا الأسبوع على عدد من الفعاليات التي تستمر على مدى خمسة أيام، ويشهد حضور لعدد من الشخصيات الباكستانية؛ الدينية والأكاديمية والسياسية.
إن الهدف من إقامة هذا الأسبوع الثقافي هو لمد المؤمنين في هذا البلد بالثقافة الإسلامية الأصيلة، وهي خطوة مهمة جدا لأنها تساهم في رفع المستوى الثقافي في هذه البلاد، كما إنّ اهتمام العتبات المقدسة في كربلاء المقدسة بشؤون أتباع أهل البيت (عليهم السلام) في شتى أرجاء المعمورة، ناجم عن الشعور الطاهر من الذين شرفهم الله تعالى بخدمة أشرف بقعة في العالم، وهذا الأمر لا يأتي إلا بتوفيق من الله تعالى، وهذا التوفيق لا يكون عشوائياً إلا لمن هو أهل للتوفيق.
