3 ★Was loving the application but it keeps on crashing now! Would appreciate if the problem could be fixed

2 ★For like a month or two now half or more of the milestone lists are inaccessible
3 ★When I had the Premium trial everything worked great. I think some of the articles need to be promoted in the first week or they weren't useful at two months old e.g how to set up a change table. I try clicking the banner ad to upgrade but it has no active link. I emailed for help and nobody replied. The Kinedu Academy seems good but it's too overpriced for the same info you can find in blogs for free. This app has some awesome videos and activities to try and I want more but customer service.
4 ★a good way to find different activities and track growth
1 ★The last update appears to have removed features that were previously free and they are trying to make you pay for them now. I no longer find this app to be useful. There are lots of other apps that address milestones (the CDC has a good one) and you can find better development activities on pinterest. Use a different app that is not so concerned with making money. It's all pop ups and spam requests to subscribe now. Sadly, I might have given it 5 stars before the update.
2 ★I am frustrated with this app. I added my daughter's milestones. Based on the ages recommended for these milestones, she has hit every one. However, she's showing up in some as low percentiles. This doesn't make sense to me. If she is 3 months old and has hit all milestones for up to 3 to 4 months, how is she in the 23rd percentile. The next milestone is for babies 4 to 6 months old. I get some babies will do things early but not 80% of 3 month olds. This seems inaccurate and it's frustrating.
1 ★Don't fall for the free trial nonsense. They say they'll give you a reminder 2 days before the trial ends and you get charged so you can choose to opt out or not. Never received any such reminder and now I'm stuck with an app I don't want and have paid £35 for! UPDATE: I've already contacted that email address and you were completely useless and didn't even attempt to resolve the issue. So poor app and worse customer service.
1 ★Says you will get a notification 2 days before your 7 day free trial is up so you can cancel the subscription before the payment comes out if you want, so I didn't set my own reminder. (I have a newborn and adhd so, no way I was going to remember on my own.) Never got the notification and the yearly payment of 53$ came out of my account. I'm usually hesitant trying free trials that want you to subscribe up front but figured I'd give it a go this time. Not a very stand up way to do business.
5 ★One of the great apps for babies!
5 ★It works! My baby is showing improvement day by day! I purchased the full year and I'm glad I did. I wanted to get access to the full app. I have been doing the exercises with my baby, and after a doctor's visit, and a zoom meeting with a nurse that follows up with my daughter we noticed she is developing on track. It seemed like she was going to be a bit slow on things but she is all caught up. Im super happy.
1 ★First activities put me away as they are not suitable for a baby. I'm keen to explore new textures but using play dough, a product recommended for 2+ is a no go, specially when he tries to put everything in the mouth. I know activities needs to be supervised, still don't find this appropriate
