Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Nice interface, but the player doesn't stream as smoothly for me as other apps. The image is constantly freezing, and the audio pops and repeats while trying to load the buffer. This app probably works best on a WiFi network, at least for someone with my hardware/network combination (Pixel 2, T-Mobile ONE).
1 ★Audio messes up and course files aren't available. Sometimes when playing different videos the audio will double on top of what is already there but a few seconds off, so you'll hear the speaker say everything twice. Also the courses mention course materials but there's nowhere in the app to retrieve these materials.
4 ★I stream courses on the bus to and from work, and I've never had a problem. The app is stable and never crashes. Downsides include having to continualy accept Terms every time I open the app. Videos are also stretched/cropped when played in fullscreen mode, so I often cannot see things like menu bars / footers in videos that contain screen recordings.
1 ★Buddy app. Sound overlaps. Sometimes no sound at all. Sometimes keep loading the video forever even though it's downloaded to the phone. This app hasn't been updated for over a year now and there's no excise for it when you pay $25/month for Linda services. I'm still using it, but it's a bit of a pain at times.
1 ★Horrible user experience, constantly tries to connect to Internet even for downloaded files. On a pro account with all files downloaded, it either says you need a pro account to watch downloaded files and doesn't allow you do anything, or then just constantly buffers for couple of minutes trying to connect to Internet when watching already downloaded files.
1 ★App depends on internet connection, but it cannot detect the connectivity even when I am online. After wasting my study time on getting this to work, I realized that my only choice is either the desktop app or the Lynda website. Please fix this issue and I will be happiliy giving you 5 stars.
1 ★So many bugs! Damnit, fix them already. Hire one of your Lynda teaching staff to deal with your many long standing bugs and fix them (e.g. stops playing so often during audio-only mode, already downloaded videos sometime doesn't play with the incessant notification regarding needing internet access). Pluralsight app has none of these issues. It has no required audio-only mode in order to be able to turn off screen. It is night and day better app than this Lynda junk app. Stop pissing us off!
1 ★Very bad coding. Audio-only mode stops audio around the 60 sec mark. Pluralsight app is so much better. Both have good contents though. Listen to your users LYNDA!!!
4 ★free stuff is awesome woohoo, but the amount of linkedin content is unsettling. very corporate centric.
1 ★It used to be an excellent app. I have Lynda via my library, when trying to sign in, it takes me to the browser to verify my organization then stays in browser. Never goes back to the app. So it's really just an internet shortcut and not an app.
2 ★There's never been a time when I didn't have problems logging in. I've gotten in a few times but usually, I'm not able to. I use my library's portal and I have the same problem on browser. The few times I was able to log in, it was cool.
1 ★When you sign up via linked in the logic to login in the lynda app although it has a link for linked in login it takes you back to login via lynda.. this is redundant and also is not working, meaning i cant log in!
