Denne app er til dig, der lider af eksamensangst eller føler dig stresset under studiet.App'en er udarbejdet af Studenterrådgivningen, der til daglig hjælper studerende i hele landet med psykologiske og sociale problemer. Den udspringer af mange års erfaringer med at hjælpe studerende til at håndtere deres eksamensangst.
App'en er delt op i tre dele:
– Den første del indeholder værktøjer, der får dig til at falde til ro lige op til eksamen. De kan anvendes, når du mærker angstsymptomer og har brug for at genfinde din ro.
– Den anden del består af gode råd til mundtlig eksamen, skriftlig eksamen og til dagene før og efter eksamen.
– Den tredje del består af værktøjer til at forebygge eksamensangst og studerelateret stress. Dette er f.eks. teknikker til at planlægge læsningen og sove bedre om natten.
Denne app kan anvendes som et selvstændigt produkt eller som supplement til et terapeutisk forløb.
