2 ★UPDATE: Game is crashing before it ever loads. The same thing happened last year and was fixed. Before that any puzzle where you had to drag (picture path, picture block, word snake, etc) would not work consistently which made it next to impossible to finish any days. This is a 5 star gane run by a 0 star company and programmers.
1 ★I haven't been able to play this game for weeks. I paid for a subscription the last two years, and now all of a sudden it crashes immediately when I go into the app. I'm on a Samsung galaxy s10+ so it's not like it's a super old phone. I emailed for support several times. Got one response initially with asking what make and model of my phone was and then nothing. Right now I'm feeling ripped off.
1 ★Everything is locked behind token paywalls. There are many other genuinely free puzzle apps on the app store (Daily Themed Crossword, Wordscapes, etc). Use one (or more) of those instead. It is certainly possible to both make money and not restrict content, and this app only does the former.
1 ★Down from 5 to 1 stars. Have played 6000+ games and watched 20,000+ ads. But ads are now excessive, esp. longer ones after each game, and sometimes you don't get the tokens after the ads. Authors make a LOT of money from these ads, and they will lose a lot of users if they carry on like this. App has also started to make my phone very hot - have they started to mine bitcoins using my battery? Now suddenly started to be unresponsive and have crashes - cleared storage but hangs on loading screen.
1 ★Love this game! Fun, really enjoy playing. After July 1st, the app won't load past the daily reward. But I can't get anything to work, I have sent numerous feedback messages. How do I get it to work again without deleting & re-downloading? I don't want to lose my progress.
1 ★Update:It's still the same. There are so many problems with this game. First, the game continues to cloud reset to an older version you have played. You lose any coins, tokens or purchases. I've lost token purchases, puzzle completions, and coins. Despite several attempts to contact developer to retreive my purchase, I've gotten no response. Don't buy anything it will get lost and you'll be out the money. Play at your own risk. Still no response from developer.
1 ★It's turned in to a joke. Try watching ads for tokens & it crashes. Play a puzzle & it crashes. Seems the ads at the bottom of the screen freezes the app too. I don't mind ads if it keeps the game going but when they take over, it's ridiculous. I love this app but I'd like to actually play this game without it crashing, draining so much of my battery, or having to restart it so many times. Edit: it's unplayable now. It's not worth it. Drop the ads crashing the app!
3 ★The last 2 days the game is freezing, the app opens but I can't do anything, I cannot claim my daily tokens or touch any icons, nothing happens. I exit and I get a message saying the app isn't responding. I have updated the game. Will I lose everything if I uninstall? Great game but I can't play, very frustrating.
1 ★I've been a subscriber for a long time and love this game, but it's developed a glitch which is driving me crazy! Sometimes it won't let me open a page. When it does eventually open, some of the games won't play. They either won't load, or they do load but then won't accept any input, or let me play a few moves then refuses any more input. I've cleared the cache, cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled, all to no avail. If this isn't fixed when my next payment is due, it's being cancelled!
3 ★Good variety of games and games are well built, but there is definitely a pay-to-play part to this that is just too heavy and the amount of unskippable and extremely long ads make the experience irritating at least. I end up playing one or two puzzles and quitting because of the ads
1 ★I LOVED this app, so much that I paid for a subscription. After the last update however I was unable to open the app, it literally has crashed everyday several times a day, when i checked to see if it will work again. I have reached out to the app creators, 4 days ago, and no fix. They said they know about the issue and several others are having the same issue. I pay for this app. I expect it to work or be refunded. Nobody throws money away. I would prefer you fix it.
1 ★EDIT: 1-Star because the subscription is an absolute LIE. For $5.99/month it promises "Unlimited play" and "Zero ads". What you get instead are 5 keys/day to play puzzles without needing to spend tokens. After those 5 keys are gone, you have still have spend tokens or watch a video to unlock each individual puzzle, and you only get tokens by watching videos or buying them. So again, the "unlimited" and "zero ads" is a blatant lie.
