5 ★I've tried many sudoku apps over the last few years and this is the one I've settled on. Layout is clear, the choice of backgrounds is varied, pencil marks work well, when a number is completed it is easy to see. Most important, the range of difficulty is well set out. Expert is genuinely difficult, hard is a good workout etc. Thanks dev, nice job.
5 ★This version of Sudoku is the best I've played! When you're stuck & need a hint, it doesn't just give you a play, it breaks the game down so you understand the complexity of it & learn how to be a better player instead of getting an answer to win the game. It has 5 difficulty settings so it's a great version for someone that's never played thru an experienced player. I personally would like the expert setting to be a little more challenging, but all in all a great game!
4 ★Music is so cool. Game is very nice with decent difficulty but expert level is not so difficult. A 5 Star game for good iq levels. But year for extreme person please increase difficulty of expert level. I complete it very easily. Need something harder. Good luck
5 ★Best Sudoku game out there. I love sudoku and have downloaded many apps. This is the best one I have found. The games are great for any level of gameplay. The hints give you a great description of techniques used to solve the puzzle and a real understanding of the game not just an answer. I love the auto fill feature, it saves so much time from manually filling in notes.
5 ★Great when it works. Ads occasionally freeze the app as it loads. Would give it 5 stars of I didn't have to do Android gymnastics to get it working. Works fine now but easy isn't easy anymore. Looking the challenge, but puzzles take longer
1 ★Ads started off annoying, got to the point that I'm spending as much time trying to dismiss the ads as I am doing the puzzles. Edit: if the free game isn't functional because of the intrusive ads, why would I risk a broken paid game?
2 ★Love the game. I have to force stop the app 2 or 3 times before the app will load beyond a black screen on my older tablet. A new ad introduced in the latest update fails to load each any every time, requiring the app to be force closed to continue. The latest update also prevents my device from going to sleep. Removing and reinstalling the app does not fix any of these issues.
3 ★Giving this 3 stars. The game itself works fine. But it is a battery drain. Each game, about 12 to 15 min, takes about 10% of my battery life. (Playin offline) I would guess it is all the animation, since the game sometimes seem to freeze a moment before animating something. Deleting to search for a simple Sudoku game that won't kill a battery.
3 ★Love this app, but can no longer play it on my fire tablet because it doesn't have a update for it. This is how I had been relaxing at night. Wish I could still play it. Other apps don't compare, but I'll have to start using a different one.
5 ★I enjoy playing the various levels of difficulty. And within each level the difficulty varies. It is challenging yet not impossibly frustrating and isn't time consuming if you dont want it to be. I like discovering the different patterns and ways of solving the puzzles quickly, trying to beat previous scores.
5 ★Challenging, easy on the eyes, and well thought out. Buttons and notes are logical and they work without hiccup. This app works great (and the same way) on both my old iPhone and my new Android. Update: I'm still using this... I've tried other versions... I keep coming back.
5 ★Seriously the best Sudoku app out there. I've been playing it for over a year pretty compulsively. I've worked my way up into the Expert Level from absolute beginner. The other day I played a game in a national newspaper and even though it was the highest level I solved it so quickly using the skills I've learned using this app. I've also watched some of the "experts" on YouTube solving hard puzzles which after using this app I would grade as medium to easy...Great App!
