Curling3D is a fun curling simulation game for one or two players. Similar to shuffleboard, the game is played on a flat ice curling sheet, roughly 15x150 feet. Players slide round stones of about 40 pounds towards bull's eye targets at either end. Two teammates may use brooms to sweep the ice in front of the moving stone.
Curling3D attempts to simulate the excitement of the game by incorporating many aspects of the actual sport. Fundamentally, curling is about force, mass, friction, momentum, rotation and collision. The app exploits the sophisticated physics engine built into the Android OS to generate a convincing simulation of all these elements as they interact. In the terminology of curling, the weight is the velocity of the stone; the turn is the rotation of the stone (which affects its trajectory); and the line is the direction of the throw or delivery. Curling3D allows the player to continuously and independently control all three, permitting advanced tactics such as the guard, takeout, and tap. In addition, the app allows the player to sweep the ice while their stone is moving, adjusting trajectory after the delivery.

1 ★Absolutely bs that you have a time limit. Games said I have to wait 24 hours to play again, well it's been over 48 and it still says I have 2 hours left. The game is awesome itself, it's just bs how they try to force you to buy the full version.
1 ★Why don't the developer break the bank if they care about the money so much, I will have it uninstalled right after writting it. Just wasted my time.
1 ★U only get 15 ends which isn't even long enough to figure out how hard u can throw the stones with how far the line goes. The mechanic which should be the easiest is the most broken. Sweeping is basically useless. How hard would it be to make that work??? It doesn't at all. And even when u buy the app it says u get 1 month free of multiplayer! Wow! u have to pay for multiplayer after u pay for a game that isn't worth a single crap? Stay away from this game.
2 ★While the graphics are great and it does capture the essence of curling, there is much left to be desired. Trying to use your sweeps to control the stone is an absolute joke. Absolutely no precision. I would be willing to purchase the full game if the flaws where fixed.
2 ★I am not sure why this game cost so much. In my opinion I see nothing special that makes it that much. On top of that...what a joke making you wait a full 24 hours before you can play again.

1 ★The free version only lets you play one game every 24 hours but its been 3 days since its let me play, if you buy the full version that doesn't include multiplayer which cost extra. Besides that the game is fun but the developer makes you jump through hoops to play it. Not worth the trouble
1 ★Was playing and enjoying it but I eventually got a lockout for 24 hours. Every time I launch the game now it shows some other time on the countdown but never let's be play anymore. Uninstalled after waiting a week for it to let me in.
1 ★I paid the $5 for the full version and it still locks you out if you play too often, and there's apparently an even more full version they want me to buy now. Ridiculous
3 ★...like other reviewers, the issue with paying for the game and then not being able to play it, is a major issue. I'm thinking that the game needs a data/network connection in that respect, because after paying for the full game, that seems to be the only time I can play. That 's frustrating to me, because the times I most WANT to play, I do not have the luxury of a data or wifi connection. It's really disturbing that the creators are aware of this and have done nothing to fix this. If you havent paid..DONT
